I. General provisions<\/span>
1.<\/span> Care&Clean Company Adam Wietrzykowski Ma\u0142gorzata Gazdu\u0142a sc (<\/span>next: Company<\/span>)<\/span>
provides short-term accommodation services without additional benefits<\/span>
required in hotel facilities and is open on designated dates<\/span>
24 hours a day.<\/span>

4.<\/span> Staying in a rented apartment means knowing and accepting the following:<\/span>
Regulations.<\/span>
5.<\/span> On the premises of the apartment and the entire facility in which the apartment is located<\/span>
It is prohibited to conduct any trade, gambling, promotional activities and<\/span>
advertising without the consent of the apartment manager.<\/span>
6.<\/span> The company does not allow the organization of mass meetings on the rented premises.<\/span>

9.<\/span> For the purposes of these Regulations, a Guest is any person who<\/span>

II. Accommodation rules<\/span>

5.<\/span> The remaining amount, i.e. 70% of the accommodation price, must be paid upon arrival.<\/span>

9.<\/span> The apartment can only be used by the number of people staying there during their stay.<\/span>

12. If the Guest fails to arrive at the apartment by 8:00 p.m. on the first day<\/span>
reservation is equivalent to the resignation from the entire stay in the apartment<\/span>
all consequences, unless the Guest has notified the manager or other person<\/span>
authorized by him about the arrival at a different time.<\/span>
III. Rules of stay<\/span>
1.<\/span> Upon receiving the keys\/code to the apartment, the Guest becomes a material person.<\/span>

damages\/defects\/shortcomings must be reported to the Company manager within the first hour<\/span>

IV. Order regulations<\/span>
1.<\/span> People disturbing the peace and order in the apartment may be removed without<\/span>
the right to any compensation and without the right to a refund of the stay fee.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span> It is forbidden to play loud music in the apartment and the facility.<\/span>
in which he finds himself, remembering other people and respecting them.<\/span>
3.<\/span> The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 11:00 the following day.<\/span>
4.<\/span> Night time silence is in effect from 10pm until 7am the following morning.<\/span>
5.<\/span> Children and adolescents under 18 are allowed to stay in the apartment only under<\/span>
adult care.<\/span>
6.<\/span> Damages caused by guests are settled on site. In the absence of<\/span>
the possibility of determining the cost of repair at the time of damage, is allowed<\/span>

V. Vehicle parking rules<\/span>
1.<\/span> Tenants are entitled to use one parking space<\/span>
vehicle assigned to a specific apartment, which will be determined in<\/span>
reservation agreement.<\/span>
2.<\/span> Parking is prohibited in undesignated places.<\/span>
3.<\/span> Care&Clean is not responsible for any vehicles left behind or<\/span>
property contained therein.<\/span>
VI. Final Provisions<\/span>
1.<\/span> Guests using the services of Care&Clean undertake to comply with<\/span>
provisions of these Regulations.<\/span>
2.<\/span> Any possible complaints regarding improperly provided services<\/span>
should be reported on an ongoing basis and directly to the manager, tel. 606683285<\/span>
3.<\/span> The regulations enter into force on 1 November 2022.<\/span><\/p><\/div>
